That's what happens when paragraphs are eliminated. I've validated several books like that recently and, after comparing with print books, I don't even have to do the comparison any more. The next time you come across that situation you can just hit return instead. smile I think that what happens is that the book scanned with end-of-the-line returns and the validator or someone did a global delete without realizing that some were for paragraph breaks.
