Hello Shoshana,
There are two ways to set your download preferences:
1. Through the last option in the Download format box (Set Preferences),
which will place you in a dialog box of options you can tab through and adjust.
2. Through Preferences under My Bookshare, then My Account, navigate to the
Download Preferences heading.

Since Bookshare is having issues with Daisy audio currently, I'll have to
change over to MP3 audio format ...which I dislike, but needs must. Do I have
to go into my bookshare, and then into my account to change prefs? I know I
can't from the download page of each book.
Shoshana, who thought she'd waited long enough to visit the site for the kinks
to be straightened out. Guess not, LOL!
