Hi Allison.  I'm not into "chick" books.  That term seems rather sixtiesh.
(grin)  That's when I was in college.
I can though reccomend one book that might fit your bill.  It's called "the
girl with the pearl earring".  I have not read it, but a co-worker (female)
says it was really very good.  About the female inspiration for some artists
paintings.  She says it paints a very good picture of Holland as well.

Sounds like a bit of a romance.
