Well, it may still be the current President of Turkey, the book was written about the economics of a lot of different countries from 2011.

Afraid I'm not familiar with this title. Was the president of Turkey an
actual historical character? If so, I might be able to provide a consistent

Roman alphabet, they used a lot of accent marks, and that sometimes
decreases the accuracy of character recognition. JH

I may submit it anyway, but I suspect that without the page images, it won't
get fixed. I'd get my wife to fix it, but last time I had her work on a
cookbook, it got replaced by a mangled publisher quality version where the
recipes couldn't be read. We only fix stuff for my use after that.

You have to submit it in RTF. Just convert it first. As for the
spelling of that name, it would be good if you could look it up and
get the spelling consistent, but that is something the proofreader could
do too.
In any case, you do not have to find someone to proof it before you
submit it. Just submit it and let whoever wants it take it.

I scanned "Breakout Nations" by Ruchir Sharma, if anyone is
interested in fixing it I may try and submit it. There are a couple
of things in there like the name of the President of Turkey that is
never spelled consistently, and some text appearing(maybe a caption or
something)
where it shouldn't. I'm pretty sure I kept page images, but I don't
know if there is a way to upload a .kes to bookshare.
