You have to submit it in RTF. Just convert it first. As for the spelling of that name, it would be good if you could look it up and get the spelling consistent, but that is something the proofreader could do too. In any case, you do not have to find someone to proof it before you submit it. Just submit it and let whoever wants it take it.
