Donna-
When you log on to the transfer site with your Bookport transfer program, it
will automatically add a Notes, Memo and Bookport manual file to your card.

I believe that once you hit your record button that the memo folder should
recreate itself.

My name is Donna Brown. I am knew to this list, and fairly new to the
Bookport. I am a teacher of the visually impaired. I am in the process of
teaching my students how to use the Bookport at the same time as I learn to
use it. Yesterday while a student and I were working with it, we
accidentally re formatted the flashcard. Somehow, we lost the memos folder
and the ability to record memos. How can I repair this problem? Thanks.
