Hi. Your memo folder will come back once you have actually recorded a memo if
i remember correctly. If I'm wrong, someone tell me so because I don't ever
use the memo feature, but I think that's how it works.

My name is Donna Brown. I am knew to this list, and fairly new to the
Bookport. I am a teacher of the visually impaired. I am in the process of
teaching my students how to use the Bookport at the same time as I learn to use
it. Yesterday while a student and I were working with it, we accidentally re
formatted the flashcard. Somehow, we lost the memos folder and the ability to
