Near the top of the page, you'll find a link that says "download Book Port
software. If you follow that link and download and install that software, you
should be good to go. If that doesn't solve your problem, Pamela or someone

hi list, i'm installing bookport on a new computer and have, in typical Tasha
fashion, lost the installation cd. i've installed the bookport transfer wizard
from the aph website, but this download didn't seem to include any usb drivers.
when i connect the bookport, nothing happens-- the add hardware wizard does not
start and does not recognize that a new piece of hardware has been connected.
if someone would be kind enough to send me the drivers i'd really apreciate it
since i'm leaving for the Cape on Wednesday and want reading material for the
beach!
