Hi Shell,
You can create files in the (Notes) folder. You do inter the information in computer Braille. It is very much like grade 1 Braille. I didn't read grade 2 Braille, but, learned computer Braille in just a few minutes. The punctuation is different and must be learned. The files created in the (Notes) folder can also be on your computer in (.text) form and you can set them to be synchronized automatically. In the appendix of the manual you will find the section that explains the key board and the dot system for computer Braille. If you decide to learn the computer Braille, go to the menus and choose (all punctuation): otherwise, some of the symbols will not be spoken.
Make it a grate one

Sharon
