Hi Cathy

Here are steps to create folders on the bookport.
1. Connect the bookport to your computer.
2. Move to the bookport's file/folder list by pressing alt f. Now press the applications key. 3. Now the bookport transfer program will show a context menu with several items. Move down to "new folder and press enter to select it. Type in the name you wish to give it and press enter. 4. Now when you check for folders on the bookport, your new folder will be there.

Here are steps to move files into your folder. You don't have to have the bookport connected to your computer to do this.
1. Focus on the file to be moved and press star plus pound for "cut file".
2,. Move to the folder where you wish to put the file and open it by pressing zero plus pound. 3. Paste the file into the folder by pressing star plus zero plus pound. Bookport will say "file moved".
Hope this is helpful.
Lois Goodine.
