When I pressed zero to get into the settings menu, I heard two choices. They
were Set Time and Date and Reading Keypad. I was able to lock the unit. I
reset the Book Port and I am able to access all of the menus now.

Hello:

Could you please be more specific. What happens when you press 0, followed
by 2 or 8? Do you get any kind of an error message, or does the unit beep?
We need to know more about this. Also, what happens if you press 1 plus 3
to lock and unlock the unit?

This will help us to determine what is going on and what to do about it.

Thanks!

I updated my Book Port with the latest nonbeta firmware and software.
When I
access the settings menu, I only see two options: Reading Keypad and Set
Date and Time. I can't access the voices or other aspects of the menu.
Any
ideas? Thanks!
