I agree, I never used Braille. I always made too many mistakes. Now, with the note taker's ability to pronounce a wrong letter, My brail is rapidly improving. I ordered my B P the same week it was released. I have had no real problems. I define real problems as something that would make the unit not useable. We seem to have lost site of the reason for B P development (a small text reader). If you want a true Braille note taker, you need to look into some of the units developed for that purpose. personally I consider that the note taker is a real bonus. Being able to jump to an edit file , make a note, and return to my book is grate.
I have never known any dealer to take as much effort to accommodate the users of a product. To have added so much usability without my needing to buy an updated model, is astonishing.
