RFBD still sends cassettes internationally. While they have told members that they will send no cassettes after 1 July this year, they have apprently told some people in high positions this will continue for international members. Regarding CDs, I have to have them sent to a United States address. From there, they are forwarded. This adds lots of shipping time, but one has to do what one has to do.

Glad you mentioned that little card. It is supposed to be there in Braille
if you are registered as a Braille user. Of course, that doesn't mean that
it is what happens. The invoice that came with my key says clearly "requires Braille) but there was no Braille included. Hmmm, don't know who didn't get 
told or who didn't do, but there you go.

I recently had exactly the same problem and called rfb&d to get the pin.
It
also appears or is supposed to appear on a little card that comes with
each  book you order.  I wouldn't want anyone to go pinless for long,
as this is  a  most serious condition.
