Glad you mentioned that little card. It is supposed to be there in Braille
if you are registered as a Braille user. Of course, that doesn't mean that
it is what happens. The invoice that came with my key says clearly "requires
Braille) but there was no Braille included. Hmmm, don't know who didn't get
told or who didn't do, but there you go.
