Glad you mentioned that little card. It is supposed to be there in Braille if you are registered as a Braille user. Of course, that doesn't mean that it is what happens. The invoice that came with my key says clearly "requires Braille) but there was no Braille included. Hmmm, don't know who didn't get told or who didn't do, but there you go.

I recently had exactly the same problem and called rfb&d to get the pin. It also appears or is supposed to appear on a little card that comes with each book you order. I wouldn't want anyone to go pinless for long, as this is a 
most serious condition.
