My mp3's are 24 kbps so 32 should be fine, at least I think so. I'm creating MP3 files from a CD book using Sound Forge 5. My ultimate=20 intent is to include the book on my Book Port, of course. But before I = get=20 too zealous in my MP3 creation activities, I figured I'd better ask the=20 all-important question: Will the Book Port handle 32 kilobit MP3=20 files? They sound perfectly fine when previewed, even after I've raised = the compression rate to 2.2 or so. But I don't know whether they'll = work=20 well in the machine itself. Should I use 64 kilobits instead when = creating=20 these? I know some MP3 players tend to skip using 32 kilobit files. = Your=20 advice/experience would be helpful. Nolan
