What version of Registry First Aid are you using? Versions 4.1 and above are greatly improved with regard to accessibility.

Sorry I didn't read this post, before I sent mine. Then you will need a good registry cleaner such as Registry First Aid. There are probably more accessible programs out there. This is just the one I use.
