Pretty much the same as with any application, use the uninstall
procedure, then if the folder still exists, delete it.  The folder in
Book Port's case is c:\program files\aph\Book Port Transfer

So, Larry, what would you recommend a person do to completely remove
all 
traces of the Book Port transfer software to start fresh?
