Tim Looking at your ministries' web site, such a service would seem to be a natural extension of what you are attempting to do. And if it were set up in a similar way as BookShare is, it would also allow blind Christians to participate in the ministry by scanning and validating books. Would I pay $40 or $50 a year; most certainly, if the selection were wide, current, and in reasonable numbers. I might even be willing to donate money above and beyond that as one of the Christian ministries we support. And I might be willing to donate my time in preparation of materials. I read somewhere that there are about 10,000 Christian books published each year, and only a handful make it into accessible form. Given contemporary technology, it is high time that some Christian organization chose to minister in this direction.
