Dan, It has been discussed before and it's a pet peev of mine, although a relatively minor one. I would like to se a lock state where the only keys that power up the unit at all are the 1 plus 3 keys to unlock it. Perhaps there is a hardware related reason for having it this way, I don't know but I have had the unit lock up in an on state when carrying it in a pocket or bag even when it was supposedly locked to begin with.
