[bookcourier] missing bookcourier mailing list messages

I save all the bookcourier messages automatically into a folder, and I
don't seem to be missing any. But it's easy to be sure. In fact, it
would be pretty easy to follow the list without every subscribing, because
the archives are on the web for anyone to read:
//www.freelists.org/archives/bookcourier/
If ever in doubt, just check the archives against what you have
received.
While tracking down the bookcourier list archives, I stumbled across the
bookshare list, too. That was well hidden. I looked around in vain on
the BookShare.org site for a list to join.
