Hi Marsha.

Unfortunately, I do not use the audible.com service so do not know the 
specifics of transfering files from audible to the Book Courier.  If the 
flash card is reporting as full, all I can recommend is that you check to 
see whether the flash card has other files on it which might be taking up 
space.  Alternatively, you can use the diamond+8 keys to format the flash 
card and try your transfer again.

I'm sorry I can not assist you further with this matter though I will 
happily answer any further questions you may have.
