Hi Brian,

Your original question came up right after the April 8 release. Are you 
still having the problem after updating your BC software to 01.02.01? If 
so, we need more information about what you're doing when it happens so we 
can try to reproduce the problem here and isolate the spot in the code 
where things are going wrong. For instance we need to know:

- What is the file type of the file you're playing?
- Does the error happen with just one file or many? Are these all the same 
file type?
- What operations were you performing just before the error occurs?
