Hello Sharon,

I've always left my batteries until they are completely drained and had
no adverse effects from doing so. =20

Cheers now.

Ian

Subject: [bookcourier] Battery Query=20

Hi,

All this talk about rechargeables has jogged my memory, and I would like
to ask a question about non-rechargeables.

Is it ok to leave batteries in the BC until the low battery warning
comes up, or is it better to change them before that.

I had a nasty experience with my BC when I left it until the warning
came up, my BC died. This may have just been a coincidence, I don't
know.

My BC was replaced, and after that I didn't leave the batteries until
that point and changed them ok. I may have wasted a fair bit of power
in them, but I did not want BC packing up again.

Any advice much appreciated.
