When using window eyes with finding some of the context items or buttons that are not otherwise easily reached or activated, ensure the mouse can cover the whole screen and not just the active window using the control-shift-be toggle, then use the mouse cursor to find and click on the appropriate spot. This is rarely necessary, but when it is, it works well. Ron Denis
