Ok using the direct link I did download that file. My next thought of course
was to see what else they offer by way of demos so I removed everything in
the address you gave after the last slash and I got the following:
403 Forbidden
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /Podcasts/ on this server.
Ideas?

This should give enough information to get going.
Another method is to copy the podcast feed URL with ctrl+C after you have
highlighted the whole address.
Open Replay AV 8.04: Note there maybe more than 1 way to add the podcast
feed.
I do a ALT+S. Then choose ADD Show Manually.
Follow the on screen dialog box. You will land in the Basics tab page.
Enter podcast name.
Tab 1 more time and you will see the URL edit box. Paste the copied URL feed
you already copied from the web or from a mailing list for example.
In the Recordings tab change the "Type" to: Podcasts.
In the schedule tab page you can tell it when to start downloading for you.
Make all changes that you need. Choose OK button.
The other ways to activate the Edit Show Properties are by pressing your
applications key then choose "Enter New Show".
Plus you can choose on main interface of RAV 8 the Record button with space
bar. Do not use your ENTER key.
When all done setting up the properties for your podcast tab a few times
until you hear the list view box. You will see your podcast you added here.
Use your up and down arrow keys.
