What are your display settings set to?
Did you maximize RMC6?
With NVDA can you please use your screen review insert+numpad 7 and then
numpad 7, 8 or 9 and see if it sees the missing controls on the main user
interface of RMC6?
For example, see if it reads the settings tab control when you are in the
screen review mode and then do insert+numpad / then / to activate this
settings tab control. Then get out of the screen review mode altogether and
see if you can tab around and hopefully hears the entire interface in the
regular mode.

I downloaded your file and listened to your demo showing of RMC6 with NVDA
using Windows 7 64 bit. I honestly do not know why you are not hearing all
the controls on the main user interface of RMC6 when you are using the NVDA
screen reader. I also told Applian that RMC6 that it rates a grade of C
awhile back in my testing. As you explained in your demo JAWS loses focus in
its ettings when trying to configure it and the user has no way of knowing
if a setting is enabled or disabled. It would say switch is on or off. If
you run JAWS and go to the settings tab control immediately the settings do
read correctly and can be set with JAWS but if you take too much time the
settings cannot be set as focus is lost. So the user has to exit out of RMC6
and re-run it and immediately go to the settings tab control and do the
settings configurations.
Once you have set the settings the way you want you can use NVDA with RMC6.
