Try this. With RMC6, NVDA and Windows 7 being used press your right arrow 
key or left arrow keyboard key while in RMC6 user interface. Do you hear 
more controls spoken with NVDA? Not shure if you used your arrow keys on the 
user interface.

Another thing Since NVDA is  freely available to anyone, That should be
the first screen reader to work with a product. That is if the goal is
to make the product available to the maximum number of people.
