I downloaded and installed version 8.20 and received the error message that
it was unable to open the You Send It feature. I closed Replay A/V,
unloaded JAWS and asked a sighted friend to launch Replay from the Tools
menu and configure the feature. he experienced the same error message I
did. is this really a screen reader issue or a problem in integrating the
You Send It utility with the Replay software?
