RMC 5 Press enter on Library on main UI. press alt+l for library menu Choose settings. Press your right arrow key until you land on the Audio tab. Press enter keyboard on Audio tab. JAWS will say Checked. The audio tab is now active. Press your tab key a few times until you hear this checkbox that reads Record silence. Press spacebar to check this box. We are telling RMC 5 to record the silence or possibly the low volume. There are some other items on this audio screen but I do not know what they are. Values like Silence: 5 Silence time: 255 Dr. Wilson what are the above and in seconds or milliseconds. Hope you can explain. ----- Original Message ----- From: Rob To: blindreplay@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, July 10, 2014 11:58 AM Subject: [blindreplay] Set Max Stream Length In Replay Media Catcher 5 I tried unsuccessfully to submit this question to tech support on the Applian web site. I couldn't get past the requirement to pick a product. I am trying to download some webcasts that have some significant periods of very low volume when transitioning from one segment to another and especially for a 10 - 15 minute intermission in the middle. What can I do to keep Replay Media Catcher from stopping the download too soon? While I am here, I have another question. I had set RMC to convert the captured .FLV file to .MPG format after downloading. I cannot figure out how to set RMC back to no conversion. "none" does not appear in the conversion formats list. Thanks for your help. Rob Armstrong
