To change to Don't Convert instructions.
Press enter on the main user interface of RMC 5 the Library control. With JAWS
15 do an insert+t for the title bar and you will hear library spoken. Now press
your tab a few times and you will hear your MPG settings you currently have
set. It is after you hear The Output to: item and before the all recordings
area. When you land on your MPG format on the main UI arrow down and you will
hear the Don't Convert option. Press your enter key to choose. Now your
conversion setting is No Conversion settings. If it reads still as MPG simply
shift+tab and tab to rere-read it. Next I will send you the tip you need. I
believe you need to uncheck this checkbox to not record silence.

Subject: [blindreplay] Set Max Stream Length In Replay Media Catcher 5

I tried unsuccessfully to submit this question to tech support on the Applian
web site. I couldn't get past the requirement to pick a product.

I am trying to download some webcasts that have some significant periods of
very low volume when transitioning from one segment to another and especially
for a 10 - 15 minute intermission in the middle. What can I do to keep Replay
Media Catcher from stopping the download too soon?

While I am here, I have another question. I had set RMC to convert the
captured .FLV file to .MPG format after downloading. I cannot figure out how
to set RMC back to no conversion. "none" does not appear in the conversion
formats list.

  Thanks for your help.
