Hello and welcome!
Check out the tutorials at
http://www.applian.com/support-blind.php

Key things to know. Only use your spacebar keyboard key to activate buttons
when on the main interface of Replay Music. When you activate the 'settings'
button with spacebar you can jump to the various tab sheets within the settings
dialog box by pressing ctrl+tab. The only thing you need to check there is the
driver if you are unable to record and its the first choice in the combo box
and to possibley change the default output folder where your recordings are
stored. Don't change anything else. You may need to use your cursor to find the
ok button to choose it when done.

Read the Replay Music user guide.

Replay Music works best when the source you are trying to record has silence
between songs. The program has 3 keyboard shortcuts you can use. They are in
the user guide on the web.

You may get quite a few 'not recognized" songs in the Replay Music listbox view
list on main interface. If you do you can rename these yourself with the edit
option.

To record such services that you mentioned you will need to record the stream
through your browser and not use the services (music service) software
application. That is run your internet explorer browser and go to the music
service like Napster and log in.

I have no music services here but this can be done.
