Who put up eggs in a cup? Well, I have several little casserole dishes which are microwave safe. I sprayed one with cooking spray and made sure it was covered well. I had some leftover smoked turkey; i cut that into the tiniest pieces; then 2 eggs added. then about an ounce of cheese, cut up into little tiny cubes. threw that in. then I gave the eggs enough scramble so they wouldn't explode their yolks. Then I microwaved it a minute; stirred just a bit. Then microwaved it again; the eggs were set; the cheese melted. the turkey delicious. and that was a wonderful breakfast.
I have enough of that turkey for 2 more of those morning scrambles. Thanks.
