you just want to put links to programs?
She just described how to put those up.
I would put maybe a heading for each subcategory of links, and maybe put them into a list. heading. Opening tag? <h1> note, you can exchange 1 for any number from 1-6. 1 is the largest, 6 is the smallest. End heading tag with </h1>
