I just tried to order it from my source but they don't have it. Our libruary is the worst in the state of Kansas and according to an article in the paper won't change so I'll have to continue to get books from booksfree. I wish there was another club like them so you can read books and send them back after you are done. If anyone knows of one like booksfree.com let me know for I can't afford to go out and buy books.

Cindy,

I will lett Marissa weigh in on this. However the previous policy from
bookshare on this has always been not to allow sharing of this kind. As
Bookshare's model depends on individual submissions, this process would not
only create chaos, but pose some legal trouble as well.

Josh,

It is possible, though, to share the work. we can't
exchange files of books, but sharing parts of books is
possible. If Iunderstood Mike correctly, he felt a
600-page book is more than he'd really like to scan,
and was asking if someone would share the burder with
him. If he scanned half or a third of the book, and
other people did the other half or thirds, then the
parts could be combined and one person would submit
it.

I can get this book later in April as it is checked out right now. However it is over 600 pages in length. If other people can scan part of it that would be great. You just need to contact me so I know what is already being scanned so nothing is scanned more than once.

Mike

Would someone be willing to scan Night Fall By
Nelson DeMille?

Its on the "wish List", and I'd really like to read it and can't find it.

Thanks.

Josh
