I've only seen the copyright and registration mark with circles, i.e., © and ® I can't remember Spanish diacritical marks.I'll lhave to do some research. I haven't had to use the circumflex much;mainly the acute, grave, and for German the umlaut. (in fact, I had to go to my symbols chart to remember what they keyboard shortcut for it is.
