This is one of the new benefits instituted by the
current staff--thanks belong to Lisa and whoever else
was involved--I suppose Jim, too, of course. It used
to be that you could use the surplus credits only for
the very next year--at least as I remember--and any
more than that wa lost. Now, as I understand, there is
no limit. Wonderful!!
