Kellie gave me the directions to fix the problem, but thank you.

Sharon, I know this really isn't going to help but since no one else has
apparently answered your question, here goes. The problem you refer to was a
BrailleNote glitch and we were told how to correct it. As I remember, we
accessed the information on their web site. The correction was a simple one
but I can't remember more about it. I strongly suggest that you contact
tech. support to get the information from them. Jill

Hello,

I know this message is a little off topic, but thought a Braille Note user
would be able to help. I have Keysoft version 5.1. I start the
spellchecker with a 1, 6 chord and you have to select the UK or US
dictionary. When I type s for US dictionary the Braille Note responds
"that
dictionary is not available." Then I cannot abort the spellchecker and
must
reset the Braille Note. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can
do to correct the problem?
