Hi Monica, I haven't paid attention to the publisher of the books, but will from now on. It seems to me that books printed only in paperback, those that didn't come out in hard cover first are more likely to be printed closer to the binding. But that probably isn't always true. I'll try to notice more of a pattern if there is one.
