E, Bhob, Carrie and all, I am really excited by the idea of being able to fine tune the books in the collection now that we know they can be brought back on step 1 in RTF format. I have been trying to think of the practical way of accomplishing this so decided to open it up for discussion in order to get others' ideas. I am primarily a braille reader, using my BrailleNote for this purpose. However, I scan and validate with Kurzweil. When I am reading a book for pleasure on my BrailleNote, I realize I could keep a running record with page numbers of errors encountered. If it turned out that there were few enough that the book didn't need to be rescanned, I could then ask Carrie to put it back on Step 1 and by means of the list of the errors on my BrailleNote make the corrections. Has anyone thought of other ways to accomplish this task? Jill
