When you count all the books that say "hold for", and the books that are
either in ark or kes format, there is a lot of good reading that those of us
who just have Word cannot handle. Oh, and I forgot, there are some WYN
books as well.

Well, I agree with the points that both of you have made. But if the person
the book is being held for is not on this list, which might be possible, the
person wishing to take the book would not know how to contact them.
And I do agree with Jackie that there should be some time limit on a hold.
Problem is that just means administrators would have one more thing to
program or keep track of.
