The thing is, in braille, the two hyphens displays better, but braille isn't the only format Bookshare uses, and I'm assuming they do display correctly in the DAISY format. I think we should try to stay as true to the book as we can. Take care.

Right, when you do two hyphens in word you can automatically get an em dash if you have it set that way. It's also a ^+ if you put it in the find or find and replace box.
