Hi Jamie!

I think it might have been the synopses...I think. *L* I just submitted one
book with a synopses without any problems. I am going to make sure I count the
characters from now on. Thanks for all the help!

Oh, yes, Maithe, if the letter is part of the 10 digit ISBN then you need to
use it, if you choose to include the ISBN with the submission.

Did you try submitting a book with no short synopsis and no long synopsis
just to see if it works? If it does, you can always go into step 1, get your
book back, and reject your own book and then resubmit it with the synopsis.

Almost every time I have a problem submitting it is because I'm over 200
characters in the short synopsis. A few times I've had an "invalid ISBN" error
even though it was a 10 digit ISBN exactly as shown in the book but I think
they were just flukes. Too long of a short synopsis or an invalid character in
the file name is the most common I think. Also if you get an error, you have to
do the browse for the title and tell it where to find the file again or you'll
get an error because it doesn't retain that information after you've had an
error. It retains everything else, but not the file for some reason.
