Are there already hard page breaks in the document?
If so, you can just delete all of the section breaks.

I have a document that is 1008 pages long. Each pagestarts a new section.
When I try to replace ^b with ^m or nothing, I fill the document with page
breaks, sometimes every line. Can anyone point me to a solution?
