I was able to successfully download another book, so apparently the problem
is with that one file. Thanks.

Hi Jamie. When you download a book, it is an rtf file now. Depending on your
browser, it may try to open the rtf file instead of saving it. For me using
Firefox, I had to go to tools, options, and choose the applications tab.
From there I tabbed over to the list of file types. I hit r for rich text
files and hit tab once to get to the file actions section. I chose save
instead of open with. Now it prompts me as with other files. I don't know
how IE, Opera, or Safari handle this. I hope this helps.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Unable to download a book for proofreading

I have attempted twice to check out the following book:
Mark Expository Thoughts On The Gospels
I am taken back to the list of books to be checked out without being given
the option to download the book. After my first unsuccessful attempt, I
replased the book and tried again. Still no success. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks.
