Hi James,

I was placing a blank line followed by a page break followed by another
blank line before the page numbers.

Hi,
It looks like the book has page numbers in brackets. They are not on page
breaks though. Should I insert page breaks where the page numbers are and
delete them elsewhere?

Thanks.

Jim
