What is the procedure for me to take the book off of BSO, put in the page
breaks and have Susan find and add the correct link text?

I can regenerate the rtf file with proper page breaks. I assumed that this
was the default for OP but learned later that it typically uses "flowing"
pages.
I probably can't get to it until tomorrow though so you can decide if you
want to put in the page breaks or wait for me to get to it.

It looks like the book has page numbers in brackets. They are not on page
breaks though. Should I insert page breaks where the page numbers are and
delete them elsewhere?
