Hi Eric,

If those marks that you make using= signs correspond to sections in the book, you might want to include that in the comments section of the submission form. I have been removing them, and worry now that I have just screwed up books. Do they coincide with actual sections in the book, say, where the print was divided by a blank line to denote scene, change, or time elapsed? I am really sorry if I have just messed up helpful navigational tools. I am so so sorry. You might want to consider changing your markings to denote section changes in the book by using an asterisk, as that is what many of us use already. No rule, just common convention adopted by folks. Or, as I said, just note in the comments section of the submission form that that is what you have done. Why is it that I can't seem to write an e-mail to this list without saying the same thing twice? What a dope/!

Peace,
Mayrie

Hi. Yeah, those signs are my doing. When I read a book, I use "=====" as a section divider so that, when I'm reading with Bookport, I can easily navigate around the book in bigger sections than pages. I left them in, figuring if anybody else uses Bookport to read Bookshare books it might come in handy for them as well.

Hi Gail,

Just my opinion, but I'd get rid of the = signes.

Peace,
Mayrie
