I see no one has yet responded to you request. My
library branch has a couple of copies of the book,
supposedly on the shelf, and so does another library.
Let me know when you upload it and I'll validate
it--unless you want me to do it before you submit. Do
you want me to do it before The Beatrice Letters,
which Iplan to do when I finish Before the Dawn.
