Try escape. If you hit it more than once, you may be popped completely out of the list and have to rerank. Remember to save your work periodically.

While in rank spelling and working with one of the 'misspelled' words' I
need to know how to back out of the part where K takes you to the use of the 
word in context.  How do I get out of that area and go back to the list of
words?
